My number one peace of advise.
Never stop talking.
Talking can be hard for some. To put into words what they feel can be overwhelming. But it is in the practice of talking that things can come out. I would also say while talking to someone, wait for them. If they don’t have the words wait. Let them gather their thoughts. Let them figure it out. It is the only way they will become better at it and know they can do it the next time.

Be supportive! When they share their words, be understanding! Listen!!
Tell them they did a good job and be thankful for their trust and vulnerability with you. Show them they can trust you in these hard moments.

But never stop talking.
We all fumble through our stuff.
But if we are brave, we can all see victory in our conversations.

Hello everyone. I apologize for not posting here more often. The fact is, business has been very busy and it slips my mind.
I am thankful to the amazing people of this community that have supported me and trusted me for the last serval years.
