🎃🚗 Trunk or Treat Volunteers Needed! 👻

Our annual Trunk or Treat event is coming up on Friday, October 23rd, and we need your help to make it a spooktacular success for our students! We are looking for amazing volunteers to fill several vital slots throughout the day.

Here is where we need you:

12- Trunk Hosts (5:30 PM – 8:00 PM): Bring your car, decorate your trunk, and pass out treats! All trunks must arrive no later than 5:30 PM for setup and safety. 🚘🍬

5- Setup Crew (2:00 PM – 5:30 PM): Help us transform the school parking lot into a Halloween wonderland before the crowds arrive. 🎃🎈

5- Event Helpers (6:00 PM – 7:30 PM): Keep the event running smoothly, manage games, or assist families during peak hours. 🧛‍♂️✨

5- Cleanup Crew (7:30 PM – 8:30 PM): Help us pack up and leave the school grounds spotless after the fun wraps up. 🧹🧹

🍰🍬 Donations Welcome!
Can't volunteer your time? You can still help! We are happily accepting candy donations for the trunks and cake donations for our highly anticipated Cake Walk! Candy can be given to your teachers. Cakes can be dropped off the day of the event in the front office or at the event.

Whether you can give an hour, host a trunk, or donate treats, your support makes this magical night possible for our kids!

👉 Drop a comment below or message us to sign up to volunteer!
