thinkagainshasta.info offers a variety of resources for parents and other concerned adults to learn about the effects of underage drinking and other drug abuse. It also provides helpful tools and strategies for families, teachers and community leaders to discuss these important issues to reduce teens’ exposure to alcohol and other drugs.

Because summer should be about making memories—not worrying about meals.

From June 8 through August 7, the Shasta Family YMCA will be serving FREE breakfast and lunch to all youth ages 0–18.

🥣 Breakfast: 9:30–10:30 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 12:30–1:30 PM

We're proud to help keep kids fueled, active, and ready for their BEST SUMMER EVER. Whether you're spending the day at the Y or just stopping by for a meal, everyone is welcome.
