Friends, Industry Partners, and Community Leaders in Shasta, Trinity, and Tehama!
As part of my role at Shasta College, I manage the district Perkin's V federal funding. Every two years, we are asked to conduct a Community Local Needs Assessment (CLNA). One piece of this research is the gathering of feedback from community members. This year, we are taking a grass roots approach and asking all of you to take 5-10 minutes to answer the questions in this Google Form.
We drafted the questions based on information we received from the state, and we hope you can give us some insight and clarity. Thank you so much for your continued support of Shasta College and our workforce development efforts. We're looking forward to hearing from you :-)

Meet Our Facilitator:
Gregory Smith currently serves the San Diego Community College District as Vice Chancellor of Human Resources with responsibility for all aspects of the District’s employment policies and practices, including recruitment and hiring, compensation and payroll, benefits, collective bargaining, performance management, professional development, workplace investigations, and EEO compliance. Greg also worked for over 12 years with the U.S. Department of Labor enforcing equal employment opportunity and affirmative action regulations for federal contractors, developing expertise in analyzing employment data, conducting discrimination investigations, and
conciliating discrimination findings.
