ShastaCounty Friday Night Live is hosting a Toy Drive, in honor of Redding Operation Blue Santa, aiding local children in the community during the holiday season! Donations can be made at Shasta County Chemical People office location with local high school drop off locations coming next week. Toy drive drop offs will be available until Friday, December 8th. The Shasta College Black Student Union has been changed to be included in the Shasta College Umoja program.

The Umoja Program had their last meeting and will resume activities when the Fall semester starts.

On this coming Thurs. May 4, 2017 at 3P in 1904 at Shasta College. I would really like as many African American Students to attend the Black Students Union meeting. I am coducting a short focus group on trust issue, We would like you voices to be heard. Refreshments will be provided.
the Office of Access and Equity and Shasta County Health and Human Services/Public health Community Organizer Eddie McAllister will be conducting the focus group.
Thank you to all that are able to attend, This is an important issue in our Shasta County Community and College Community.

The next BSU meeting will be on Thurs. Feb. 23 in Room 19O4, next to the gym at 3P.

This team celebrated being the Pacific 7 Champions, 10-1 overall/6-0 league.
These are just a few of the outstanding athletes.
During the spring semester we will celebrate their academic as well as their athletic achievements.
