Good For You Farm Fresh produce and can goods grown and made the way they should be! Grown in the earth with no chemicals & labels on the canned goods one can understand.

These products are homemade and not
subject to state inspection. Husband and wife team John and Jennisue Benjamin are following John's dream to become a sustainable produce farmer! John is currently attending college at University of Wisconsin River Falls achieving a degree in soil science to become an even better produce farmer. John has a desire to grow produce without the use of chemicals that

may be harmful to the body and/or the environment. As well as food that one feels good about eating. He strives to get his produce ready to sell and eat ASAP because nothing is tastier then fresh, juicy, red tomato in July. Let's not forget about his jams and jellys. The berries and fruit are picked in Red Wing, MN area and emm, they taste delicious. Last but certainly not least, is John's salsa. He makes it mild and hot and oh man it has a sweet flavor to it. You better buy 2 jars cause 1 jar gets eaten quick. John sells locally in the Red Wing, MN area during the summer months.
