Did you know? Drumming has proven benefits for physical and mental well being!

There are too many to list in one post, but here is a sciency snippet-- "Drumming activates neural entrainment, synchronizing brain wave activity across motor cortex, auditory system, and emotional centers simultaneously. This coordinated response sharpens focus, improves mood, and enhances cognitive function within seconds of exposure. The effect appears on EEG scans immediately, demonstrating drumming's rapid neurological impact on attention and emotional regulation."
