Another day, another drive for work! This is a great job but takes some self-control and self-scheduling. I am able to schedule when I want too, but if I don't get done quickly, I don't get more work, so I'm encouraged to schedule and get done quickly, that means that when there's work, there are NO days off! Its a lot sometimes but better than 9-5, 6 days a week for 20% of the $$$!!!!

Seeking I/A firms / roof companies / roof gear companies, to help fund/sponsor roof training school! We have the land and location for a full outdoor roof training facility and we have an adjacent campground with covered training area and indoor classes already on site. Looking for sponsors and or funding to help start the school and training facility and to build the training "device" from existing 18'x60' mobile home as base structure for slopes to ground level at outside walls. Page in development! Roof walking training course with rope and harness training and general roof walking skills training coming soon! We will offer training on all roof types from asphalt shingle 4/12 & 9/12, clay tile 5/12, concrete tile 5/12, metal 6/12 and rope and harness training as well! We will even be offering an "adjuster boot camp" for new adjusters to get some basic training and skills development!
