This week’s faculty meeting was truly AMAZING!

We celebrated some of the incredible educators who make Red Rock Elementary so special, learned about the power of “Catch & Release” in the educational setting, AND had the beautiful opportunity to celebrate the rich Filipino culture represented right here on our campus! 🇵🇭✨

Our wonderful staff members from the Philippines shared a taste of their culture by preparing delicious, traditional dishes for our Roadrunner family to enjoy. From the beautiful food to the smiles, conversations, and connections around the table, it was a special reminder of how much we gain when we take the time to learn from and celebrate one another.

We are beyond grateful for the knowledge, talents, traditions, and joy our Filipino staff members bring to Red Rock. They enrich our campus in so many ways, and we are SO lucky to have them as part of our family!

At Red Rock, we believe our differences make us stronger, our traditions bring us together, and our community is something worth celebrating!

🎶 Music is filling our campus with JOY! 🎶

We are already loving the beautiful sounds our new music teacher, Mr. Szymusiak, is bringing to campus! ❤️ Throughout the day, you can hear instruments playing and music echoing through the halls—and it’s bringing so much joy to our Roadrunners!

Yesterday and today, students received a special lunchtime treat as they joined in singing the Roadrunner Song while Mr. Szymusiak accompanied them on the keyboard. 🐦🎹🎤

There’s just something special about hearing our students sing together, laugh together, and celebrate being part of our school community. We’re so thankful for a teacher who is already making music such a meaningful part of the school day!

Keep spreading that joy, Roadrunners! 🎶❤️🐦
