Yesterday, we celebrated our students who completed 800 minutes of reading over the summer with our NHW Reading Reward Day!

Students celebrated their accomplishment by bouncing in the bounce house, playing Giant Jenga and co****le, cooling off with snow cones, and receiving a token to choose a new book from our book vending machine!

NHW is grateful for our partnership with our PTO in helping provide such a wonderful experience for our students. A special thank you to Mrs. Moore for creating, organizing, and bringing our inaugural Bounce House Reading Reward Day to life!

We are so proud of our students for putting in the time to read this summer and earning a well-deserved celebration!

What a great first week at North Hopewell Winterstown Elementary!

It was wonderful welcoming all of our students back into the building. This week was especially exciting as we welcomed our newest students, our kindergartners, the Class of 2039!

They spent their first few days learning new routines, meeting new friends, exploring their school, and officially becoming part of NHW.

We are so excited for the year ahead and all the learning, growing, and memories to come.

Students get to shop for school supplies during their lunch break at the NHW ROAR Store. All items are less than $2. Please do not send more than $5 with your child to shop. There is a $5 maximum for purchases this year, and this is a not-for-profit event.

The NHW ROAR Store will be open on Thursday, March 19 during lunches! Students will have the opportunity to shop for school supplies during their lunch period.

All items are $2 or less, and there is a $5 maximum for purchases. If your child plans to shop, please send no more than $5 in a labeled envelope.
