As many of you know Putnam County Schools must change as it is a system built for years long past. If we stand together as one student body with one set of collective ideals we can make change. This is a call out to any student, faculty member, or even parent to come stand with us in our drive for PCS to be changed for the better. We as students know what is going on within the schools, we know everything that is wrong. These problems range from the lack of food and proper food on the trays of middle and high schoolers to the lack of proper maintenance. They expect us to learn in conditions that aren't suitable for any student. Our buildings are falling apart in some areas, the classes are over packed, Buffalo doesn't even have a proper track to hold track meets. So, we ask if you are a faculty member or student and you know something that is wrong please get ahold of us and tell us we WILL stand with you, not against you. Our intentions are not at all to have the pay or status of any teacher or faculty member harmed in the case of a strike so, come stand with us. And we will make it known now that WE DO NOT STAND WITH ANY STUDENT THAT IS BREAKING THE LAW even if it is for our cause.
So let us go stand together as one Buffalo Bison, Hurricane Redskins, Poca Dots, and Winfield Generals!!!
