Bringing Kids Karate to a whole new level in Kingston, Shihan Jonathan Winstral is a 5th degree black-belt in Tenshinkan Karate, as well as a 2nd degree black-belt in Shotokan Karate. Certified in Japan, he is the winner of the 2001 World Karate Championships held in Saitama-Ken, Japan. A direct disciple of Kancho Mamoru Miwa (World Chief Instructor), Shihan Winstral has been awarded the title of

Shibocho (Country Chief) and is the Kancho's highest ranking instructor in the United States. He is also a professional, motivational, and empowerment speaker, working with youth groups and corporations worldwide such as the Young President Organization (Y.P.O.), International Village Camps, The Board of Education, and Woodstock Day School.
