We offer traditional Taekwon-Do & Hapkido training for adults and children, ages 4 and up. Experienced in teaching adults and children with ADHD and ASD.
In 1999, our family purchased an existing Taekwondo school which served this community for over 20 years. The school was re-named and we took the strong competition based curriculum and created a more traditional martial arts program. While we still offer sport Taekwondo training and are certified by the World Taekwondo Federation and Kukkiwon, our main focus is on the original or Chang Hon style

Well done to the six Team Members, Mia H, Arianna H, Natalie K, Alexa K, Sammy B, and Ava B who participated at the AAU NJ state TKD Championship Tournament on Saturday 5/17. Your hard work and dedication served you well and brought home 5 Gold ,4 silver and 6 bronze medals. We commend you all for facing challenges with persistence and tenacity and having the fortitude to learn from adversity. And as always a special thanks goes to the Team parents and family for their help and support.

A heartfelt thank you to Master Andrew OH, Director of the AAU New York Metropolitan District, for hosting the 2025 Metropolitan AAU Qualifier.
It was amazing day with lots of excitement, great competitions, great sportsmanship and a true athlete centered event.
Great job Master Oh!
p.s. Master OH was a former teammate of Grand Master Jimenez and they competed at numerous local and state tournaments as well as the 2005 British Open in London England.
