Heat Advisory Update – Saturday, July 25
Due to the extreme heat, the Webster County Fair Board has decided that all animals may be released today, except sheep, goats, and hogs that are scheduled to go on the truck.
You are welcome to take your fans home as well. However, please leave your name plates, tack, and any other equipment in place. Be sure to return tomorrow to pick up your belongings and clean your area. Please wait until the conclusion of the Legends in the Showring if you are loading out with trailers.
Flag Practice & Rodeo Flag Demonstration
Due to the heat, flag practice has been canceled for today.
All 4-H'ers participating in the rodeo flag demonstration should report to the southwest corner of the arena by 7:15 p.m. tonight.
Livestock Trucking Update – Beef, Sheep, Goats & Hogs
Sheep & Goats

Load-out: Sunday, July 26, at 8:00 a.m.

Hogs

Load-out: Sunday, July 26, at 7:00 a.m.

Beef
All beef going on the truck must be delivered to Rick Manger's farm, located 1½ miles north of Roseland, NE, on Tuesday, July 28, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
It is the exhibitor family's responsibility to transport their beef project to Rick's farm during this time. If you are unable to make delivery during the scheduled time, please contact one of the following Foundation members as soon as possible to coordinate transportation:

Death Loss Policy
If a livestock death occurs between now and Tuesday, a Foundation member must be contacted immediately so the loss can be verified in person. In the event of a verified death loss, the exhibitor will receive the premium payout only and will not receive the packer bid.
