We have taken our 6 week Back To BASICS Beginner Rollerskati g Course and condensed it into (3) sessions. The first one is this Sunday, August 23rd. We will be tackling balance/posture/rotation/weight distribution (the building blocks), forward movement, stopping, etc. If you are a brand new skater/returning to skating and want instruction, sign up! We'll see you Sunday...come prepared to sweat😁😉

A week or two ago, I made a post about a member of our sk8 fam that suffered an injury while skating at an event we hosted. The injury to the hamstring requires surgery and PT. Surgery is scheduled for August 24th with 6-8 weeks non weight bearing (full leg hinged knee brace). PT starts 3 weeks after surgery with a 4-5 month recovery time. And after all of THAT, they are hoping to skate again!!! This INDIVIDUAL is far stronger mentally than I could ever be to even THINK about skating. Truly an inspiration and the SWEETEST person I know. Please keep them in your prayers for a speedy recovery
