🍂 School’s out for Teachers Convention… but the kids can still get moving! 🏀🏈🏐
JST’s Multi-Sport Camp is coming up November 5–6 at The GAN!
Instead of another day at home, kids in grades K–8 can spend the morning playing a variety of sports, learning new skills, competing, and having fun with our JST coaches.

⚽️ Throw, Head, Catch
A fast-paced game that combines passing, heading, movement, and finishing!
Rules:
• Follow the throw → head → catch pattern.
• Ball can hit the ground and play continues as long as your team keeps the pattern.
• Throw → catch = turnover.
• Each team has an end zone with an opposing player inside.
• Score 1 point by throwing the ball to your teammate in the end zone and having them catch it cleanly.
Great game for developing communication, movement, and ball control! 🔥
