Spots are still open for our upcoming Accelerated EMT class, but we need more students to make it happen!

This is a great opportunity to start your EMS career, build real-world emergency medical skills, and prepare to serve your community. Our instructors are committed to helping students succeed in the classroom, prepare for testing, and gain the knowledge needed to function confidently on an ambulance after graduation.

We have FREE spots available for current high school students during the 2026–2027 school year who qualify to take the program.

We also have paid spots available for those who are not eligible for the high school funding option.

Looking to build your emergency vehicle operations skills? Join our Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) / Emergency Medical Services Vehicle Operator (EMSVO) class and gain the knowledge and practical experience needed for safe emergency vehicle driving.

Class Dates:
July 13, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
July 14, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
July 25, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Cost: $150.00
Registration Deadline: July 3, 2026

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

This course is a great opportunity to strengthen your driving knowledge, improve safety awareness, and gain hands-on experience relevant to EMS vehicle operations.

We have remaining grant funding available to cover EMT course tuition and required course materials at no cost to 10 high school students enrolling in our accelerated Summer EMT program.

The application requires a 500 to 750 word response to the following prompt:

Why do you want to become an Emergency Medical Technician, and how would receiving this scholarship help you reach that goal?

Responses will be scored using a 50 point rubric. Each of the following areas is worth up to 10 points:
• What interested you in EMS or emergency medicine?
• What qualities you have that would help you succeed as an EMT student?
• How do you handle responsibility, stress, and teamwork?
• How do you hope to use this training in your school, community, or future career?
• Why should you be selected for one of the available scholarships?

Points will be awarded based on effort, sincerity, maturity, commitment to completing the program, and interest in serving others.

Applications are due by the end of the day on Friday, June 5th.

Selected applicants will be announced and contacted on Monday, June 8th.
