Last Thursday, June 4th, we held Painting Through It 🎨 which focused on creativity, relaxation, and being present. Throughout the evening, neighbors and passersby came through, picked up a paintbrush, and gave themselves permission to create without pressure or expectation ⭐️

Guided by the wonderful and talented Carlos Vazquez, participants were reminded that the goal was never perfection. The goal was to create ❤️ And in that space, beautiful things emerged. Flowers, trees, and paintings filled with personal meaning. Some pieces told stories, some carried emotions, and some were moments of peace captured on canvas.

A heartfelt thank you to Carlos for sharing his time, talent, and encouragement with our community ☀️

On Saturday, May 30th, we gathered for Pathways To Presence and gave ourselves something we often forget to make time for: a moment to simply be 🐝

Together, we slowed down, took a breath, and allowed ourselves to fully arrive in the present moment. As we walked, we noticed the beauty all around us, the warmth of the sun, the songs of the birds, and the movement of the trees 🌳🦅☀️

It was a beautiful day, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the moments we shared. May we continue to find opportunities to pause, breathe, and appreciate what is right in front of us ❤️

A big shout out to Nadine for being such a thoughtful guide, leading us through reflections, and creating space for meaningful conversation. Their care and presence helped make this experience truly special ⭐️
