🏈 Football Move-In Is Almost Here! 🦁

We are excited to welcome our new and transfer football players to Albright College on Monday, August 10, 2026!

Move-in time: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Arrival location: 1700 N. 13th Street, Reading, PA

Please park in the commuter lot, where Public Safety officers will direct you. After parking, head to the front entrance of the Schumo Center to check in.

Students will complete any remaining clearances, receive their student ID and residence hall access information, and then move into their assigned residence hall. Albright community members will be available to help with move-in.

✅ Review the packing list and information provided by email

Please remember: If your tuition has not been paid or you have not established an approved payment plan, you will not be permitted to move in.

🦁 Lions, Move-In Is Almost Here!

We are excited to welcome our new Lions to Albright and welcome our returning Lions back to campus for the Fall 2026 semester!

📧 Detailed move-in information has been sent to your Albright email. Please check your email for your assigned date and time, required forms, clearance information, and additional instructions.

📅 Important Move-In Dates

Football: Monday, August 10

New and transfer football players will move in between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Additional information will be sent separately by Athletics.

Athletic Early Arrivals: Monday, August 17

• Men’s Soccer: 2:00 to 2:30 p.m.
• Women’s Soccer: 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.
• Field Hockey: 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.
• Cheer/STUNT: 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.
• Volleyball: 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.

First-Year and Transfer Student Move-In: Thursday, August 20
Move-in will take place between 8:00 a.m. and noon. Students must arrive at the time assigned to their residence hall and floor.
Returning students should check their Albright email for their specific move-in date, time, and instructions.

⚠️ **Important Payment Reminder**

Students whose bills have not been paid and who have not established an approved payment arrangement will not be permitted to move into their residence hall.

Please address any outstanding account requirements before arriving on campus.

Fall 2026 tuition payment is due tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5.

Students who have not yet submitted payment or established a financial plan should do so by the deadline to keep their account in good standing and avoid delays when reporting to campus for move-in.

Payment plans are still available through LionPay by logging into Self Service.

Two Drum Corps International World Class ensembles are bringing their rehearsal days to Albright College's Shirk Stadium, giving our community a rare opportunity to watch the creative process behind one of the world's most demanding and exciting performing arts activities.

On Friday, welcome the Drum & Bugle Corps. On Saturday, it's the Cascades Drum Corp.

Watch world-class performers refine every note, every step, and every detail as they prepare for competition. Whether you're a band student, educator, alumnus, drum corps fan, or simply curious, we invite you to experience it for yourself.

📚 Celebrating an Albright Author!

We are proud to recognize Hirohiko Shioda ’92 on the publication of his third book, Japan & U.S. Study Training Book.

A Business Administration graduate who now lives in Tokyo, Japan, Hirohiko continues to demonstrate how an Albright education can lead to a lifetime of learning, exploration and achievement around the world. His newest work offers a cross-cultural perspective on study, research and training in Japan and the United States.

Hirohiko is also the author of 21st Century Manner Hiroaki Thought, published in 2013. We congratulate him on this latest accomplishment and are proud to celebrate another Lion making an impact far beyond Albright’s campus!
