Just a quick note for those who still have pending refunds for classes and gift cards:

My mom was the sole owner and operator of this business, and we are currently navigating her unexpected passing. We have not even received her death certificate yet, and at this time, we do not have access to any business accounts or funds.

While I understand frustrations, we are doing our best to sort through an incredibly complex and painful situation. When we are able to address outstanding matters, we will. So grateful to Berks County Living for highlighting The Culinary Classroom and the legacy my mom built in this months issue!

We are so proud of her. This was written back in October and now serves as such a beautiful tribute to everything she created.

Homemade pizza 🍕 night out here in Boulder, CO. We are testing some different dough styles so I kept the toppings light (don't judge me hehe).

Pictured are a few different styles - 48hr neo-neopolitan with poolish, 24hr neo-neopolitan with poolish, classic NY style same day dough.

Dear Culinary Classroom Community,

We wanted to make an official announcement that our beloved Founder, Chef, Teacher, Mentor, and Friend - Chef Linda has passed away.

We apologize for delaying the announcement as we are still taking time to grieve and get through the holidays. We are still planning the celebration of life and will share the details as soon as we have an update.

For those of you who purchased gift cards or have upcoming classes booked we'll be in touch as we get more clarity.

In the meantime, we would appreciate any photos you have to share from your time at the Culinary Classroom or on any trips to Italy. Please feel free to add them to facebook and tag her or The Culinary Classroom.

Linda remains our beautiful mother, wife, friend, teacher, and chef.
