Introduction to Structural and Building Envelope Systems –

Construction Law – Fall 2026
Course includes an overview of how the legal system works, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Emphasis is on contracts, principles of contract interpretation and contract-related issues such as payment, change orders, differing site conditions, delays and disruptions, and warranty of the plans and specifications.

Dates: Tuesdays, October 27 - December 15, 2026 (no class 11/24)
Time: 6:30 - 7:00 pm
Delivery: This course will have a 30 minutes live zoom session every week and will then include a 2.5 hour pre-recorded video to review prior to the next live session.

Spanish for Healthcare Workers (SPAN 5018) is an entry-level, fully online course designed for busy healthcare professionals. 📣Meet 3D with SolidWorks Instructor, Jason Sanders! Jason received his BS degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University and MBA from the University of Urbana-Champaign. He brings over 15 years of industry experience in product development, manufacturing/process engineering, and design engineering management from various companies in the Philadelphia/Reading area. Jason is currently the Executive Director of the West Philly Tool Library, a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Philadelphia, PA that helps provide homeowners and DIYer's with the tools and skills they need.
