It’s easy to give every ounce of attention to what is happening around us — and forget the quiet place within us.
But your stillness is always there.
Beneath the noise.
Beneath the pressure.
Beneath the long list of things asking for your attention.
Today, try keeping a small part of your awareness turned inward.
Feel your breath.
Notice your body.
Let the moment land.
You don’t have to escape your life to find peace.
Sometimes you simply need to remember where it lives.
