Our youth recently participated in a career exploration presentation led by SFC King and SSG Lamourt, who shared information about military service and the opportunities available through both Active Duty and Reserve components.
During the session, youth learned about educational opportunities, career pathways, financial benefits, and the importance of planning for their future goals. The presentation provided an opportunity for participants to ask questions, learn about different career options, and hear firsthand about the experiences of those who serve.
Following the presentation, youth had the chance to engage in conversation, ask individual questions, and enjoy some snacks and activities.
We appreciate SFC King and SSG Lamourt for taking the time to speak with our youth and help them explore future educational and career opportunities.

A huge thank you to Inside Out Church and Pretzel City Parish, Reading PA for their generous donation of luggage to CHOR Youth & Family Services!
For many of the youth we serve, having their own suitcase or bag may seem like a small thing, but it can make a meaningful difference during times of transition. Your kindness helps provide dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging to the children and families we support.
We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and commitment to making a positive impact in our community. Thank you for helping us ensure that every young person has a safe place to carry their belongings and a reminder that they are cared for. ❤️
