Last week, third grade students wrapped up their year long study of the conditions of success and the origins of famous toys by creating their own innovative toy. Students presented their creations to our very own Antietam Shark Tank!

Last night we celebrated a year filled with growth, learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories. From learning letters and numbers to building friendships and confidence, our Mini-Mounts have accomplished so much.

We are incredibly proud of each and every student and cannot wait to see all the amazing things they will achieve in the years ahead. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 — the future is bright! 🌟🍎

Color day is tomorrow and it's going to be HOT! Please make sure your child brings a water bottle and wears sunscreen. Your child can also bring a hat and sunglasses to wear while we are outside. We are going to have water activities to help keep the students cool and we will be sure to build in breaks throughout the day.

We are grateful for the passion, creativity, and dedication our Kutztown University student teachers and reading interns have brought to Stony Creek this year! 🍎✨

From building relationships with students to leading engaging lessons, these future educators are making a meaningful impact in our classrooms while gaining valuable hands-on experience with our teachers. Their enthusiasm and commitment to learning inspire both our students and staff.

Antietam Appreciates Our Teachers

As Teacher Appreciation Week 2026 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to thank all of the amazing educators who work every day to make learning meaningful for our students. Teaching is always about people first. Expensive programs can be nice to have but they can never replace the value that an expert teacher brings to their classroom every day. Thank you to all Mounts educators for being the catalysts to learning for all our students.
