💙💛 What a BUSY week it has been for Rayville FFA! 💙💛

Monday, we were excited to welcome two of our Louisiana FFA State Officers, Zakk and Olivia, to Rayville High School. They spent time interviewing several of our students about what FFA means to them. A big thank-you to Zakk and Olivia for coming to Rayville and being part of our day! 🌾

And that was just the beginning!

🔧 Students were in the shop learning how to change spark plugs.

🪚 One group of freshmen learned how to safely use the miter saw and got some valuable hands-on experience.

🔥 There has been LOTS of welding going on—and we got our FOUR NEW WELDERS in this week! Man, the kids are excited, and so are we! We can’t wait to see what they create and accomplish with them.

🐝 Rayville FFA was also proud to be part of the Rayville Homecoming Parade today. We always enjoy representing our school, our FFA chapter, and our community!

And we’re not finished yet! Tomorrow we’re headed to C**T Conference, and we’re looking forward to seeing what our students learn, the leadership skills they bring home, and the memories they make.

FFA is more than just an organization—it’s learning, leadership, hands-on skills, friendships, and opportunities.

It’s been a busy, busy week at Rayville FFA, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💙💛🌾

2026 Area I & II Leadership Camp is in the books! 💙💛

What an incredible few days of learning, leadership, and growth! I couldn’t be more proud of these young men for representing Rayville FFA with pride and professionalism.

Throughout camp, they stepped outside their comfort zones, built leadership skills, met new friends from chapters across the state, and created memories that will last a lifetime. They learned the importance of teamwork, communication, service, and leading by example—qualities that will help them both in FFA and in life.

Watching these boys grow in confidence and embrace new opportunities reminds me why FFA is so special. The future of agriculture is bright because of students like these!

The last day was great at the 97th Louisiana FFA State Convention. We made lots of friends from other chapters; it just goes to show you can compete against each other and still be friends.
