LSU AgCenter Cooperative Extension-Franklin and Richland Parishes Present:
Mastering Home Food Preservation is a series dedicated to teaching safe and effective home food preservation techniques.

This session serves as an introductory course on water-bath canning. This program is designed to emphasize the importance of following proper food preservation guidelines.

Event description
This program includes both an in-person lecture and a hands-on demonstration. The lecture will cover an overview of water-bath canning, including essential techniques and safety practices. During the hands-on demonstration, participants will receive step-by-step instructions to create a home-preserved product.

Seating is limited to 10 participants.
