National Mentoring Month is observed nationally every January to celebrate the dedicated mentors whose guidance, insight, and positive examples set children on the path to a successful education journey.

The goal of the month-long recognition is to raise awareness of the importance of mentoring in its various forms, recruit individuals to mentor, and continue to promote mentoring and access to mentoring.

If you're interested in mentoring with Raytown Quality Schools, we encourage you to become a RayFriend. RayFriends are volunteers who commit a minimum of thirty minutes per week to working with students on mentoring, tutoring, reading, and more!
