🌞 Reminder for Monday's Step Up/End of Year Celebration for our FIRST GRADERS! 🌞

To help your student have the best day possible, please send them to school wearing sneakers so they can safely enjoy all of the fun activities.

💧 Please pack an extra water bottle to help them stay hydrated throughout the day.

☀️ We also ask that you apply sunscreen before school as many of our activities will take place outdoors.

We can't wait for a fun-filled day of bouncing, playing, and celebrating a fantastic school year! 🎉

Events have been created for all of our Play 2K summer socials, with the exception of Story Time at the Library, which will be posted within the next week.

Be sure to mark your calendars, RSVP to the events you're planning to attend, and get ready for a fun-filled summer as we help our incoming kindergarteners build friendships, make memories, and get excited for the big transition to Kindergarten!

Any event that requires registration will have a sign-up link posted closer to the event date, and attendees will be notified as soon as registration opens.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the families who joined us for our Merrill School Hallway Stroll with your incoming kindergarteners! We loved seeing so many smiling faces exploring the school, meeting new friends, and getting excited for the year ahead.

A very special thank you goes out to our 21 amazing first-grade volunteers who spent the afternoon hustling from hallway to hallway, proudly sharing Merrill School through their eyes. They did an incredible job welcoming our future kindergarteners, answering questions, and helping families feel right at home. We couldn't have done it without them!

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. We can't wait to continue making memories with our newest Merrill Cubs this summer and welcome you all in the fall! 🐻❤️📚

Our students thoroughly enjoyed the performance of Pout Pout Fish and the Missing Pearl presented by TheatreWorks USA! 🐟✨

The engaging storytelling, colorful characters, and interactive performance kept everyone smiling from beginning to end. Thank you to TheatreWorks USA for bringing such a fun and memorable experience to our students!

There is still room to join us on the float tomorrow morning! 🇺🇸☔ We are going to make the most of the weather and make up for it with LOTS of patriotic spirit! ❤️🤍💙
