Playgrounds shouldn't be a barrier for children with disabilities. A fully accessible, inclusive playground allows ALL children of ALL abilities the opportunity to play together and learn from each other.
Join us, along with Southland Conservatory Of Music, this Saturday, July 31, at Hawk Ridge Park for a benefit concert! Live music, your favorite Star Wars bad guys, free Apple Bus Company shuttles and excellent food and drinks from Minsky's Caters, Jack's Old Fashioned Kettle Corn, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, & Cotton Candy, Embrace The Grape!
Admission is free, but there will be opportunities to make tax-deductible donations throughout the evening at the Hawk's Nest Fundraiser Concert.

I felt like taking a moment to recognize and show my appreciation for Southland in helping me grow as a musician and a teacher. I was only 17 when I started teaching there, with no experience and no education they still decided to take me on as a guitar teacher. I must've shown some promise - I ended up teaching there for 3 years. Once I left at the age of 20 I had gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that has proven to be invaluable to me today. Thanks Bill Johnson and thanks Southland for all you did for me and all you do for the community!
I'm looking for an amazing guitar player to give me lessons using my keyboard 😊 I wrote guitar tab Label's on my keyboard to read guitar tab with, and I can read the tab to anything on it! I perfer to get my lessons from home! I'm working on the song The Gathering by: Ritual. I could do it but ear, but it would be so much easier to learn stuff from a guitar player man!
