Fun time tonight watching Keyler, Raven Ashlynn and Kaelyn rock out on our front porch for hundreds of trick or treaters. Chilly night but the band heated things up. 🤘😎🤘

Thanks to all who attend our RockUAmerica performance last night at the Raymore Festival. Our rockers did a great job knocking out the songs and entertaining the crowd. We will be back today at the festival were many of our students will be rocking out from 5 to 7 pm.

Don't miss some of our RockUAmerica top students and special guests performing classic rock songs tonight at the Raymore Festival at Memorial Park. Show starts at 7pm. See two local teen bands rocking the evening. On Saturday our RockUAmerica students will take the stage from 5 to 7pm. Don't miss these free live shows. Some seats are available but feel free to bring a lawn chair. The shows will take place under the Lions Shelter.

Today would have been the late Neil Peart's 69th birthday. Best known as the amazing drummer for the rock band "Rush". This is a typical drumset that Neil would often play.

Had a little fun carving a few pumpkins and jamming on the front porch with my boys for Halloween tonight. Special thank you to two if our RockUAmerica students Katy and Kristkn for stopping by and rocking out with us.. Keylers costume was a little scary for the kids visiting but all and all it was a lot of fun. Happy Halloween Everyone!

Happy Birthday to my son Keyler who turned 17 today. He is rocking on another guitar for his collection. He started playing at the age 7 and has since become a very talented lead rock guitar player and plays with other musicians in his band who are equally as talented. Can't wait to see what the future holds for Keyler and his band mates.

I am hoping that this guitar pick will help me stopping losing my guitar picks :-)

Can't believe he is gone. Eddie Van Halen my favorite rock guitarist who inspired me to pick up the guitar. Many of our students at RUA have also been inspired by his amazing talent.

During the "Stay At Home" order we are moving our guitar and drum lessons online. Once the crisis is over we will resume our lessons at our music studio and offer optional online lessons. So far this is working well for us. To help out financially we have lowered the price for our online private and group guitar lessons from $70 to just $35 per month. You will receive 4 lessons a month however we have several additional online group lessons you or your child can log on to each week for no additional charge.
