👻 BooFest Volunteer Reminder! 🎃

First, a HUGE thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer at BooFest tomorrow! We are so excited and truly appreciate you helping make this event possible for our Stonegate families!

A few important updates and reminders:

Setup Volunteers: Setup time has been moved to 4:00–6:00 PM.

6:00 PM Volunteers: Please arrive by 5:30 PM so you have time to find your assigned station, get instructions, and be ready when the doors open!

All Other Shifts: Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes early so we can have smooth transitions between volunteers.

When You Arrive: Please check in at the PTA table to receive your assigned station and instructions.

A quick note about station assignments: Due to lower volunteer numbers, we’ve had to eliminate a few stations and shift some volunteers to areas where help is needed most. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your flexibility and understanding! If you have any concerns about your assignment, please stop by the PTA table and we’ll be happy to help.

We couldn’t pull off events like BooFest without our amazing volunteers! Thank you for giving your time to help create a fun and memorable night for our Stingrays!

We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!

We are so sorry, PTA meeting flyer was posted as 6:30 pm, the PTA meeting is at 6pm tonight! We hope to see you there!

STONEGATE FAMILIES — WE NEED YOUR HELP!

BooFest is almost here, and we are still very low on volunteers! We truly can’t make these events happen without your help, and if we aren’t able to fill more volunteer spots, we may have to start eliminating some of our BooFest stations. 😭

Remember, it doesn’t have to be just parents! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings, or teenagers needing volunteer hours can all help make the night a success!
