Yesterday scholar teachers learned about the importance of communication as a teacher and how it impact relationships.

On Friday, scholar teachers taught their picture book lesson plans to a small group of peers and an experienced educator. They were able to learn the process of creating a lesson plan, teaching the lesson, receiving feedback, and reflecting and adapting the lesson plan based on the feedback.

Yesterday the Teacher Academy visited the Park University to learn about their education program. Students got to attend an education class, got a tour of campus, and enjoyed lunch in the student cafeteria.
