The Friends of the Ray Township Library and Historical Society is hosting its 17th Annual Silent Auction now through Saturday, August 15, 2026 in the Ray Township Public Library at 64255 Wolcott Road, north of 29 Mile Road. The community is invited to stop in and bid on over 40 items including baskets and gift certificates from local businesses and artisans. Bidding ends at 1:00pm on August 15th.

Proceeds from the silent auction benefit the Library’s Summer Reading Program and the Society’s programs and preservation projects, such as the Procter Cemetery Restoration.
