RCCLC provides care to 3 -12 year old's, before and after school with transportation to BKE, JBE, TLE and STEM. We believe in offering Quality Child Care in a family like environment. We are actively working towards Quality Improvement Practices. We are an inclusive practicing program and offer a preschool program with a Developmentally Appropriate curriculum. Do you have a school age child and need before and after school care.....We transport to Betty Kiefer, John Brown, Twin Lakes, Garwood and North Idaho STEM.
We will be enrolling additional before and after school slots beginning Monday, August 1st. We offer transportation to and from JBE & BKE

We are working towards Steps to Quality with IdahoSTARS and are an ICCP Child Care program looking for an individual passionate about children, knowledgeable about Early Childhood Education, and looking for someone to share that love with our kiddos.
We are a small childcare center with a family like environment. This position will working with infant age (4 weeks-15months with a 1-4 ratio). We strongly encourage team work and collaboration between our staff members.
We are committed to quality improvement through the IdahoSTARS Steps to Quality program and are looking for someone who is excited to join our team at Rathdrum Childcare and Learning Center
Desired Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
Education: CDA, AA or BA in ECE or related field
-Active with IdahoSTARS Professional Development System (PDS)
-Completion of IdahoSTARS Essential Training's
Required Qualifications:
-18 years or older
-Approved DHW Criminal History Background Check and Fingerprints
-Pediatric First Aid & Pediatric CPR Certification
-Physically able to perform duties such as lifting, diaper changing, and cleaning Competitive Pay!!!
