Hello Everyone,

As we celebrate Provider Appreciation, we want to take a moment to recognize and honor the incredible teachers and staff here at Every Child Is Special. Each and every day, our team goes far beyond simply providing childcare — they provide love, guidance, encouragement, education, patience, and support that help shape the lives of the children in our care.

Our teachers are the heart of our program. They are the smiling faces that welcome your children each morning, the comforting hugs during difficult moments, the cheerleaders celebrating accomplishments, and the role models helping children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. The impact they make reaches far beyond the classroom walls.

At Every Child Is Special, we truly believe that high-quality early childhood education begins with passionate and dedicated educators. The work they do is not always easy, but it is deeply meaningful and incredibly important. Through long days, busy schedules, endless creativity, and unwavering compassion, they continue to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

We are so proud of the amazing team we have built and grateful for the commitment they show to our families and community. We encourage everyone this week to take a moment to thank a teacher, share a kind word, write a note, or simply let them know how much they are appreciated. Small gestures mean so much to those who give so much of themselves every single day.

Thank you to all of our ECIS teachers and staff for the love, dedication, and passion you bring into the lives of children and families. You truly make a difference.

The Every Child Is Special Team

This past Thursday and Friday, I had the great honor of presenting at the SDAEYC Conference and had 10 ECIS staff attend. It was an incredible opportunity to share the meaningful work we are doing at Every Child Is Special.

During the presentation, I highlighted the impact we strive to make every day for the children and families we serve. I also spoke about the many projects we’ve successfully executed over the years—each one requiring thoughtful planning, strong leadership, and the dedication of our entire team.

A major focus was the level of preparation and teamwork it takes behind the scenes. Our staff plays a critical role in bringing these initiatives to life, and their commitment is what allows us to continue growing and improving as a program.

We also shared exciting news about the upcoming launch of our Lil Ninja Bus, a project we are incredibly proud of and thrilled to introduce to our community. This new addition will provide fun, engaging opportunities that promote physical development, coordination, and confidence in young children.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to represent our program and to showcase the passion, hard work, and innovation that defines Every Child Is Special.

We have weekly themes and daily activities to keep all of the kiddos having a great time. So many cooking, science and art activities planned. As well as so many great field trips and swimming trips planned.
The kids will spend time in our new Ninja Bus as well.

🚍🥷 Big News! Our Lil Ninja Bus is on its way to being completed!

We are excited to share that Every Child Is Special has partnered with Ninja Zone, and we are proud to be launching the very first Lil Ninja Bus in the nation!

This exciting program will give children up to age 5 the opportunity to build:
• Coordination
• Balance
• Strength
• Confidence

The Lil Ninja Bus is designed to provide a fun, safe, ninja-style obstacle course experience where Every Child can move, climb, jump, and develop important physical skills while having an absolute blast!

We can’t wait to bring this one-of-a-kind experience to our children and families as well as the community!!
