Full Circle Martial Arts Academy's mission is to provide the best martial arts education and internationally recognized certification possible; individualized to personal ability without prejudice, in order to develop the mind, body and character of our students in the "Total Marital Arts Way". We offer classes in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kumdo/Kumbup, and community self-defense classes to the Rapid City and greater Black Hills regions.

New Class Alert: Juniors Kumdo
Ages 11-18
Fridays Oct. 2nd - 23rd | 5:30-6:30 PM
$65 per person

Ready to try something new? Kumdo is a beginner-friendly martial art centered around the art of the sword. This class is designed specifically for middle and high school students who are new to Kumdo or looking to build their skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Students will learn basic sword techniques, forms, and partner drills using bamboo and wooden swords. Along the way, they’ll build focus, coordination, awareness, perseverance, and confidence while learning how to move with speed, control, and precision.

Ages 16+
Saturdays, September 26–October 31 | 9:30–10:30 AM
$75 per session

Ready to try something new? Kickboxing is a fun, active class where you’ll learn the basics of punching, kicking, footwork, and movement in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you’ve never stepped into a martial arts class before or you already have some experience, this class is designed to help you learn at your own pace. You’ll build coordination, fitness, confidence, and practical martial arts skills through guided instruction, partner work, and controlled contact drills.
