Congrats Kennedy!

There has been a ton of fitness happening the last few weeks here at Black Hills CrossFit! We had four individuals qualify for CrossFit Quarter Finals!! and Nika. These four individuals were also competing in the Oly Open along with and .johnson.sd

Nika qualified for the Age-Group Semifinals! She’s been crushing it! We also had a team qualify for Semifinals!

Last, but not least traveled to Salt Lake City to compete in the USA Masters Weightlifting Championships and she absolutely crushed it!! She got Bronze (3rd) in the snatch, silver (2nd) in the Clean and Jerk! Silver (2nd) for the total!! She set 3 new records for snatch, C&J and Total in the region. She is 2nd in the NATION!

We are so proud of all our amazing coaches and athletes!!

The 2026 in house guys vs girls competition goes to the LADIES! In a a 183 to 182 victory. In the 3rd and final week the ladies won 9 call outs and earned 61 points. Boys won 3 call outs and 53 points. Girls win the open by 1 point. The last point came down to a tie break time!!

Thanks to everyone who participated in call-out. Shout out to all our coaches for all your help!
