Monday was our last day in Salem 🖤 headed to our first stop on our Haunted Hotel Tour…Vermont! 👏

Salem Recap
1. We walked through some of the most stunning boutiques and shops I’ve ever seen!
2. We walked a lot of the residential neighborhoods looking at all the colonial architecture
3. We toured a home built in 1724 🤩

My life mission is to see as many historic homes as I can! 😍😍

It’s the end of 2023…what a year 👀🤯
I am thankful for each and every client and supporter of .realty giving me the opportunity to help 39 families buy, sell and invest in the beautiful 📍 Black Hills
We finished the remodel of our 1909 Victorian home in 📍Lead, SD and listed it on the market
We bought our absolute DREAM home in 📍Sturgis, SD…a 1982 sandstone Victorian home perfect for our growing family
We welcomed our beautiful daughter, Octavia, into the world. She amazes us everyday and I can’t wait to see the wonderful person she turns in too. realty is expanding! We are welcoming our first sales agent to the team in the new year! Stay tuned for more information on that

We are only a few days away from ringing in the new year and the next 365 days to move the needle closer to your lifestyle & business commitments and your life by design. What are you doing to ensure you are stepping your best foot forward for 2023? Here are a few ideas…

1. Create a vision board!
2. Set your top 3 commitments for 2023 (fun twist: write each commitment on a note card and attach to a champagne bottle. Store until you achieve, then pop & celebrate! 🥂)
3. Set your time off, holidays and vacations for 2023 (prioritize this time by setting it first!)
