Supervises children at the childcare center in Rapid City, SD. Ensures children are accounted for and supervised at all times. Initiates/leads age-appropriate educational or recreational activities. Plan activities & supervise staff. You must be good at record keeping & organizing files. You must work well with all ages & knowledge on the federal food program is a plus. Ensures the environment is in a safe, organized, and clean condition. Cleans or disinfects toys, equipment, storage areas, and play surfaces as scheduled and needed. Follows policies and protocols when accepting children into and releasing children from the child care area. Interacts with children and parents appropriately. Follows our policies and protocols when caring for, communicating with, disciplining, or rendering first aid to children.
Must be able to pass background checks!
CDA credential a plus
