Did you know that flying professionally means more than flying for the airlines? A few examples:
Corporate - flying for an individual, family, or company as their personal pilot. Sometimes gives the ability to be home most nights and no seeing the inside of airline terminals.
Medivac - flying for an air ambulance provider, taking patients to receive life saving medical treatment. Most typically provides a great schedule and the ability to be home each day or night.
Charter - flying (most often) private jets for a company with a large and diverse client database. Huge variety of aircraft and schedules.
Flight instruction - teach people how to fly! A great opportunity to meet people and help them achieve their ultimate goal of becoming a pilot. Typically a great schedule with being home every night and holidays.
