Today we’re celebrating three years of Sienna at Impact 💙

Sienna is the whole package—always noticing what needs to be done and stepping in without being asked. She trains and encourages new team members, cheers on our clients, supports Impact Kidz Academy, and helps keep everything running smoothly.

Most of all, Sienna genuinely cares about our kids, families, team, and the work we do. Thank you for three years of showing up, solving problems, encouraging others, and being someone we can count on.

Early Childhood Screening is coming up!

RCAS will hold its next Early Childhood Screening on October 5, 2026 for preschool-aged children ages 3–5.

Screenings help families learn more about their child’s development and determine whether additional supports or services may be helpful before they begin school.

Schedule an appointment: Families who live within the Rapid City Area School District may call 605-394-1813.

Important: If your child turns 5 on or before September 1, 2026, they are Kindergarten-eligible and will not be screened, even if you choose to delay Kindergarten enrollment.

We’re a little late celebrating this one, but we definitely couldn’t let it pass without recognizing Precious on her 1-year workiversary with Impact Learning & Development.

Precious serves as our Clinical Assistant, and she is truly one of those people who keeps everything moving behind the scenes. She’s usually one step ahead of the rest of us, keeps our clinical services and documentation on track, and somehow manages to keep us all in check along the way.

She has also become our resident insurance-audit master, which is no small accomplishment in the world of ABA. Her attention to detail, organization, and understanding of our clinical processes help protect the quality of the services we provide and support our entire clinical team every single day.

Precious, we appreciate your consistency, your knowledge, and everything you do to help Impact run smoothly. We’re so grateful you’ve spent this past year with us, and we’re looking forward to many more.

💙 Happy 3-Year Workiversary, Tish 💙

Today we're celebrating three amazing years of Latisha "Tish" and the difference she continues to make at Impact Learning & Development.

Tish has a huge heart for the children we serve and is passionate about helping each one grow and reach their fullest potential. As one of our Lead RBTs, she's incredibly dependable, a true team player, and someone we know we can always count on.

In addition to the care she provides our learners, Tish also leads Safety-Care training for our team, helping ensure our staff is prepared to handle challenging situations safely and effectively.

When she's not at Impact, there's a good chance she's spending time with her fur baby, Max, who everyone knows holds a very special place in her heart.

Tish, thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the compassion you bring to our team every day. We are so grateful for the past three years and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you.

As one of our BCBAs, Melody brings so much knowledge, dedication, and heart to the children and families she serves. She's passionate about helping every child make meaningful progress and is always cheering on every success along the way.

If you know Melody, you know she loves data. 📊 She enjoys sharing progress graphs with our team because every graph tells the story of a child learning, growing, and reaching new milestones. She helps us celebrate every win, big or small.

Melody is also an incredible mentor. She's always encouraging our team to grow in our knowledge of ABA and helping us use professional terminology in our everyday conversations. Her willingness to teach and support others has made a lasting impact on our team.
