Last night's Music in the park turned out perfect, a great band and the gorgeous skies. This is our very own Brian Staaben , doing what he loves. He played and sang his way through his pain....Brian had a little accident 2 weeks ago but wasn't going to let that stop him from coming to Random Lake and entertaining us. Thanks Brian it is always great to see you and the guys from The Shad Lads.

This is for in November. Dave will not be here in November.

Looking ahead for a date to gather, eat, drink & learn more about what everyone else is doing. I would like to have a Friendsgiving.

When: Tuesday, November 25th, 2025.
Where: Keggers, (the old Good Tymes in 1980)
Time: Double bubble starts at 5pm, (runs 5 to 7) or when
ever you can make it. They serve food, Globe lanes
accross the street is also an option for food, or the 5
Pillars, Tuesday special is broasted chicken.

Its the time of year where many of you might be traveling to Wisconsin to spend Thanksgiving with family. Make plans to arrive by Tuesday & join us.

DAVE DRASSLER IS IN TOWN!-

Hey, if you are looking for something to do Saturday night, Oct 25th, Dave Drassler will be in town. He called me after getting the Friendsgiving invite & said, "I am visiting this coming weekend ". So as promised, I will see if anyone else wants to come and hang out, for a few laughs. And for those of you who are wondering about Royal, he is doing well & plans to be there. So how about BOOZE INN around 7. PM? Saturday night.

Stop in for a minute or two if you can, & show the boys some love.

And for anyone else who has plans to visit in the future, give me a heads up so we can get together. Or feel free to set something up on this page.

Hi 1980 Classmates.
As of 6-30-2025 we have 45 classmates attending the reunion and 24 guests. I have promises from a few more, so I am accepting you late, last minute indecisive people. Late is better than never. But please don't wait too much longer... I am a very busy retired old lady.

I am very excited about our talented classmates & the donations they have made for us. If you are interested in donating, I am still accepting.

FYI- each classmate attending will receive 2 tickets for a chance to win a gift from one of your classmates. Classmates who have donated items will receive an additional 2 tickets. Simply drop your ticket into the bucket of the item you would love to have. If you don't win, you can possibly work out a deal or $$$ for the doner to make you something. We have knit items, jam/jelly, wood carvings, paintings, mugs, greeting cards, ceramic outdoor decoration. This could be fun & I hope you see what I am trying to do here.

On a sad note, we lost another classmate on June 18th Scott Voeller passed away.

Thursday, July 24, 2025 Music in the Park - for anyone who is in the area, please join the 1980 group. This is held at the Lakeview Park, Food & Drinks are available for purchase or you may bring your own. The music is always good & you will see many other people you know. I believe music is 5 to 9. Pray for nice weather.
Friday, July 25, 2025 Golf ? Bags (corn hole) and the RL Firemen’s Picnic.
Please let me know if you are interested in joining us for any of these. Hoping to golf around 9:30-10, Bags tournament late afternoon & Picnic after.
Saturday, July 26, 2025 Our 45th Class Reunion starts at 5 pm
