As we end our journey together…
we created a spot for May Daycare to “live on.”
(Our Tree that we have watched change seasons through the years with all of the children in our program)
We decorated it with Bird Houses and moved our kindness rocks and fairy garden!
It will be a perfect reminder of all of the lives that were touched… we will always be connected!

This is such a great visual of co-regulation. Of course sometimes your child won't want to be held and don't force it. But if we can stay calm, meet the feeling not the behaviour then co-regulation can happen. When we hold our child there is a physical change. Their nervous system will mirror ours. We just have to wait for the fire to go out.
