When’s the last time you let nature heal you?

We learn about nature by engaging with it, not by being afraid of it.

Touching soil, leaves, and nature with your skin supports sensory development, strengthens fine motor skills, and helps build real-world risk assessment. Exposure to naturally occurring microbes like Mycobacterium vaccae in soil has been studied for its role in supporting immune function and even influencing mood regulation.

The more children engage with nature the more confident they will be to assess risk on their own. Over time, their familiarity leads to safer, more confident choices.
