While we are excited about the schools coming to Mt. Adams this year, we’re also pumped about our stellar Junior Staff, the heart of our camp, the JC’s! We’ll get you acquainted with them in the next couple of weeks leading up to Mt. Adams 2026:

Meet JC Chloe! Chloe's from Sammamish, WA and went to Eastlake High School.

She's a rising sophomore at NYU studying Political Science and Media, Culture, and Communications.

This is her second year at Mt. Adams as a Junior Counselor!

In one word, she'd describe Mt. Adams as “Connection.”

Fun fact: Chloe has been cut off in line to see SNL live three times and finally made it in for Jack Black's episode!

Meet JC Spencer! Spencer's from West Seattle and went to Kennedy Catholic High School.

He's going into his junior year at the University of North Dakota, studying Commercial Aviation with a minor in Leadership.

This is his first year at Mt. Adams as a Junior Counselor!

In one word, he'd describe Mt. Adams as “Vibrant.”

Fun fact: Spencer has ridden an ostrich!

Meet Patrick! Patrick’s from Mukilteo and went to Kamiak High School.

He's heading to Everett Community College to major in business and run Track and Field.

This is his first year at Mt. Adams as a Junior Counselor!

In one word, he'd describe Mt. Adams as “Magical.”

Fun facts: Patrick can do a toe touch (splits in the air) and speaks three languages!

Meet JC Loralai! Loralai's from Olympia, WA and went to Timberline High School.

She's going into her second year as an engineering student at the University of Washington and works at the ASUW Office of Communications.

This is her first year at Mt. Adams as a Junior Counselor!

In one word, she'd describe Mt. Adams as “Presence.”

Fun fact: Loralai owns 30 Smiskis and counting!

Meet JC Ella! Ella's from Federal Way and went to Thomas Jefferson High School.

This fall she'll be a Contemporary Ballet Trainee with the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. This is her second year at Mt. Adams as a Junior Counselor!

In one word, she'd describe Mount Adams as “Family.”

Fun fact: Ella likes to mix Diet Coke and lemonade when she goes out to eat (she promises it's really good)!

Fun facts: Wyatt can sleep standing up and used to figure skate!
