Elementary Principal Dr. Lara Bronson represented PACT at the national NCTE-NCTM Joint Conference in Charlotte, NC, presenting "Where Joy Meets Precision: Flexible Skill Grouping in Elementary Reading and Math."

Her session introduced educators from across the country — and around the world — to PACT's flexible skill model, an approach that challenges and supports every student through responsive, data-driven instruction tailored to their individual growth.

Today wasn't just the first day of school — it was the first day of a brand new chapter for PACT. From kitchen tables to cozy home desks, this pioneering group of Online Panthers logged on and officially became the founding class of PACT's Online Campus. 🐾

Years from now, they'll be able to say they were there on day one — helping build something new, together, from wherever they call home.

Brooklyn brings a rich background in theatre education, most recently serving as Theatre Teacher & Department Director at Robbinsdale Area Schools and Sartell Middle School.

Brooklyn's vision for our Theatre Department is simple and beautiful: "a space that's inclusive and always growing, where the loud are heard, the quiet are noticed, and every student finds a home."

🐾 The Panthers are back at the Secondary Campus! The first day of school is officially in the books.

From kickball on the field to assemblies in the gym and auditorium, our secondary Panthers brought the energy right from the start!

Students got the rundown on what makes PACT tick — expectations, spirit, and what it means to be part of the Pride — before diving into locker assignments, schedules, and reconnecting with friends (and making new ones).

Huge shoutout to our incredible staff for making the first day feel like a celebration. This is going to be a great year.

🎒 First Day of School at PACT Elementary Campus!

The buses rolled in, the backpacks were bursting, and the smiles said it all — our Panthers are back and ready to unleash the pride! 🖤🐾❤️

From nervous first steps through the gate to settling in with new friends, new teachers, and new adventures, today was full of JOY! Huge thanks to our amazing staff, who greeted every single student with a wave and a warm welcome; our School Patrol, keeping everyone safe as they crossed the lot; and the families who walked their kiddos in for such a special morning.

Say hello to Lauren Soderlind, joining PACT as our new secondary English Language Arts Teacher.

Lauren completed her student teaching in high school ELA at New Life Academy earlier this year, and now she's stepping into her own classroom here at PACT.

Her approach is all about connection — she's hoping to build real relationships with her students and learn right alongside them as the year unfolds.

PACT's Special Education team has a new School Psychologist: Andrew Gelbmann.

Andrew spent the last several years as a School Psychologist with Osseo Public Schools and, before that, with Spring Lake Park Public Schools — experience he's now bringing to our students.

He's already looking ahead, focusing on strengthening how we identify and support students who need extra help.

There's a new name on a classroom door at PACT: Annie Heil, our incoming Grade 5 Teacher!

Annie taught third grade in Bismarck, ND, before making her way here, and she's got a dual foundation to draw from — degrees in Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Science from Valley City State and NDSU.

What she wants most is simple: a classroom where kids feel supported, confident, and genuinely excited to learn. That, and to be someone the whole PACT community can count on.

We think she'll be exactly that. Welcome, Annie! 🎉

Meet Felicia Enns, PACT's new Grade 2 Teacher!

Before joining us, Felicia was a PreK teacher with Anoka Hennepin Schools, and before that spent years at Legacy Christian Academy in a handful of roles — PreK teacher, PreK music teacher, and admissions assistant. She currently also serves as Kids Director at Destination Church.

What she wants for her classroom: strong relationships, real responsibility, and plenty of room to learn new skills while having fun. Her hope is that her students walk away as confident leaders who carry that with them for years.

Jill Lurie is joining PACT Charter School as our new Digital Learning Specialist, and we could not be more excited!

Jill has spent nearly three decades shaping how kids learn — as a middle school English teacher and media specialist in St. Michael-Albertville, then as a media specialist in Robbinsdale. That's almost thirty years of showing up for students, and now she's showing up for ours.

Her mission is one we're fully behind: helping students and staff build the skills and habits to actually thrive in a digital world, not just survive it.
