Practice with Gonzo Training & Patrick Higgins (Penn State) of Centurion Wrestling Club ** This Saturday 11/27 at 2:30pm **

Pat Higgins (Penn State), Head Coach of Centurion Wrestling club in South Jersey is bringing a handful of his club students to Gonzo Training. They'll be joining us after a great Thanksgiving with lots of stuffing our faces! All high schools will be having practice in the morning so we are going to practice later in the afternoon to give some time in between! We'll work off that Thanksgiving weight and learn some things!
Coach Higgins will teach some of what he learned wrestling at Penn State. How to warm up well, some drills they do often, and of course skills, moves and techniques! Coach Higgins will talk about Penn State culture & philosophy, some of their views & mental aspects he learned from his head Coach Cael Sanderson at Penn State during his four years. Walk-ins are welcome. Come learn to train & work hard & smart and at the same time have fun doing it! The Penn State way!
