🌊The Cadence Wave continues! 🌊
Ms. Traci is passing the wave along to Ms. Kalie!
Ms. Kalie has been with us since the day we opened our beautiful Lil’ Explorers center, and we are so incredibly lucky to have her as part of our family!
Ms. Kalie is our amazing Pre-K teacher and our 3rd in Charge, and she brings so much joy to our center with her bubbly personality, positive attitude, and caring heart.
As a Pre-K teacher, Ms. Kalie goes above and beyond to prepare our children for a successful transition into Kindergarten. She creates a fun, engaging, and loving environment while helping each child build the confidence and skills they need to take that next big step.
But her impact goes far beyond her classroom! Ms. Kalie is always willing to step up and help wherever she is needed. She goes above and beyond not only for the children in her care, but also for the staff here at Lil’ Explorers.
In her role as 3rd in Charge, Ms. Kalie is someone we can count on day in and day out. She is a dependable and caring leader who is always willing to step up, support her team, and help wherever she is needed. She also does an amazing job receiving concerns and feedback in a respectful, calm, and professional way, making those around her feel heard and supported. Her leadership and willingness to help make such a positive impact on our center!
