Pleasant Ridge Christian Church The object of this church is to bind together followers of Jesus Christ to share the love of God.

This church recognizes the Bible as the sufficient rule of faith and practice and acknowledges Jesus Christ as its Head. The church holds that living in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ is the true test of fellowship. Each member shall have the undisturbed right to follow the Word of God according to the dictates of his or her own conscience under the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit,

and in the spirit in which the church interprets the Word of God as expressed in the following statement of faith:

We believe in one (1) God (2), eternally existent in three Persons (3); Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (4). We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (5), in His virgin birth (6), in His sinless life (7), in His vicarious death (8) and atonement (9) through His shed blood (10), in His bodily resurrection (11), in His ascension to the right hand of the Father (12), and in His personal return in power and glory (13). We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man (14), faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (15) and regeneration by the Spirit (16) are essential(17). We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit (18), by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life (19). We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God (20). We believe in the spiritual unity of the Church (21), which is the body of Christ (22), composed of all who are regenerated through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (23). We believe in the forgiveness of sins (24), the resurrection of the body (25) and the life eternal through Christ our Lord (26).
