Mini Cheer Parent Update! ❤️🖤

After discussing with our coaches, and several parents, I have made the decision to move our mini cheer PERFORMANCE to Senior Night on November 5th.

With the forecast calling for rain and storms through Thursday evening, along with the game being moved from 7:00 PM to 1:00 PM, I felt this would be the best option for everyone. I know the time change makes it difficult for some families to attend, and I want parents and grandparents to have the opportunity to watch their little cheerleaders perform!

The girls will perform at the very beginning of halftime on November 5th, I will also have them join the high school cheerleaders on the sidelines toward the middle/end of the second quarter so they can participate in some cheers with the squad.

A few things to remember:

All girls will STILL receive their T-shirt and bow.
Each mini cheerleader will still get into the game for free.
We will have a one-day refresher on the cheers and dance on Wednesday, November 4th, right after school. The girls will receive their shirts, bows, and admission ticket to get into the game on that day.

This change will also allow us to avoid worrying about a muddy field and unpredictable weather!

Thank you all for being flexible and understanding. This was not an easy decision to make. However, I know as a parent, I would want to be able to attend and not have to worry about missing work, leaving early, or rain… Any of that!
We will still finish today at 4:30.
I can’t wait for everyone to see these little cheerleaders shine! ✨❤️🖤

Good morning, last reminder for mini cheer camp 🎀🩷

All order forms and payment are due today. If you need to bring that whenever you come pick your daughter up that’s fine. I completely understand. Just make sure you send a message on here to let me know that way I can at least put your child’s name on the attendance sheet so the elementary can help them down to the gymnasium.

We are so looking forward to spending the next few days with our future Trojan cheerleaders! The varsity cheerleaders absolutely love this opportunity. It is their favorite thing to do during football and basketball season.

Since I wasn’t able to get the order forms out on Monday of this week, I want to make sure everyone has enough time to get everything turned in!

If you weren’t able to turn in your money or order form this week or by tomorrow, I will gladly accept them on Monday.

I would never want to turn away an aspiring young cheerleader. So, please feel free to send their order form and money with them on Monday! ❤️🖤📣

🎀🏈 PINK OUT GAME — NEXT THURSDAY! 🏈🎀

Our Pink Out Game is NEXT THURSDAY against Classen SAS!

The game was originally scheduled for 7:00 PM, but the time has now been changed to 1:00 PM in the afternoon!

Just because the time has changed doesn’t mean we should change our plans to PACK OUT THE STANDS! ❤️🖤

Let’s show up and support our boys, our band, and our cheerleaders! 📣🏈🎶

AND… we have an extra special reason to be there!
💗 Our Mini Future Trojan Cheerleaders will be performing during halftime, and I cannot wait to see them out there cheering with our high school squad.

So mark your calendars, adjust your schedules, wear your PINK, and come spend your Thursday afternoon supporting our Trojans!

🖤❤️ CHEER BLANKET FUNDRAISER! ❤️🖤

Our cheerleaders are currently selling these snuggly soft blankets, and trust me… you’re going to want one!

We have TWO sizes available:

🖤 LARGE - 50 x 60 | $20
❤️ EXTRA LARGE - 60 x 70 | $25

These are perfect for those chilly football games, ballgames, bonfires, movie nights, or just keeping cozy at home!

And speaking from experience… I was a little chilly at my son’s football game yesterday and really wished I had one of these blankets! 😂 So this is your sign to grab one before the temperatures really start dropping!

Get with a High School Cheerleader to order your blanket!

💰 Payment:
We do have an online payment option available!

⏰ Orders/money are due FRIDAY, October 2nd, by the end of the school day.

If you need to, you are MORE than welcome to bring cash, check, or use the online payment option on Friday — but ALL money must be turned in by the end of the school day!

45–0! The Trojans take the win over the Allen Mustangs! 🏈

This victory was extra special. This was the Trojans’ first Homecoming win in 18 years! What a night to be part of Trojan history!👏🏼

Our Trojan community showed up and showed out, and we could feel your support throughout the entire stadium! The energy, the pride, and the school spirit were absolutely incredible.

It’s a GREAT night to be a Trojan! ❤️🖤

❤️HOMEcoming parade 2026!❤️

I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out and was a part of our Homecoming Parade yesterday! It was definitely a giant task to take on, but I truly think it went off perfectly!

One of my favorite parts was seeing our Flag Football and elementary football players, as well as our elementary cheerleaders all there! They are our youngest Trojans, and they are where that school spirit starts! ❤️ Seeing them be a part of something like this makes my heart so happy!

I was also SO excited to see how many people came out to watch the parade! Seeing our community show up and support our students is exactly what makes Caney Valley so special. 🥹

And from Mrs. Bay personally, THANK YOU for allowing me the honor of being a part of Homecoming and helping bring the parade back! I am truly trying to make it as special as I possibly can for our students and our community. I know without a doubt that I could NOT have done it without our football booster club, our middle school cheer, and those crazy high school cheerleaders, the Royalty Court and their families, and the countless people who jumped in and helped make it happen. You all know who you are, and I appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

I may have taken a few notes along the way 😂 so just know… next year is going to be even better!

Thank you again to everyone who participated, watched, helped, drove, walked, cheered, waved, and just showed up. It truly meant so much!

🎉 THURSDAY — HOMECOMING PARADE

📍 Lineup: Northeast side of the school building, in the parking lot where the buses are located.

⏰ Parade begins at 6:00 PM

🚒 Order of Parade:

1. First Responders
2. Caney Valley Band
3. All other parade entries

For everyone lining up after the First Responders and Band, Mrs. Bay will place you in the parade lineup when you arrive!

Come out, line the streets, and help us kick off Homecoming the Trojan way! ❤️🖤

The Homecoming Court will be recognized during the assembly!

Homecoming Court MUST be ready to go by 4:50–4:55 PM.
Please be on time! We do not want to keep our photographer waiting, as that can put everything else behind schedule.

👑 6:30 PM — Homecoming Ceremony
Join us as we recognize our Homecoming Court and crown our 2026 Homecoming King & Queen!

📸 After the ceremony and crowning, the King & Queen will take a few pictures with our Flower Girl & Crown Bearer.
